Here’s how a typical training looks with Kayla…
After you set up your first appointment with me, the only things for you to prepare are having website logins (banks, credit cards, CRMs, etc.) and documents ready for our session – that’s it!
If you don’t already have a QuickBooks Online subscription, we can talk about options and discounted pricing at our first session – So you don’t need to stress about purchasing that beforehand.
Session #1
First, we’ll get to know each other! I’ll take time to understand your business, how you work and the systems you use. If you don’t already have QuickBooks Online, we’ll review the 3 product levels that I recommend and your pricing options.
Next, we’ll walk through the QuickBooks software, go over any initial questions, setup and then begin to enter your transactions.
I’ll assign you “homework” that will help you practice what we go over in our next session.
Session #2
In our second session, we’ll go over any questions you ran into, especially your big hang-ups.
We’ll walk through Bank Reconciliations of your accounts and see how it all comes together on reports, which will show you how your business is sitting financially.
I love this part! Reports are the representation of all the hard work you did. They are the result of what you have been creating!
Typical trainings start with this level of support, but from there we'll be able to set up ongoing emails or meetings as needed. – All trainings can be further customized to include less or more sessions based on your needs.
