Remote Bookkeeping

Range from $35–350 per month

There comes a point in running your business where you can no longer keep up on your books
(or you no longer want to!)

Remote bookkeeping is available for small businesses and non-profits using QuickBooks Online.

On a weekly or monthly basis, we can provide:

  • Bank entries + classification for unlimited bank accounts and credit cards, including PayPal

  • Sales channel entry + reconciliation for sales from Square, Stripe, Shopify, etc.

  • Monthly account reconciliations to make sure nothing is missed or duplicated

  • Monthly Financial Statements packet so you know where you end each month

All bookkeeping can start with this level of support, but from here we'll be able to set up additional support as needed such as:

  • Sales entries and invoicing to your customers

  • Online bill payments to your vendors or subcontractors through QBO via Melio*

  • Payroll processing for your employees through QBO Payroll subscriptions

  • Electronically processing your 1099-NEC and MISC forms at the end of the year

  • Help filing your annual workers compensation audit documents

  • Forecasting for future periods

  • Assist with sales tax compliance

Pricing is based on the services requested by each client.

We only support remote bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. If you don’t already have a subscription, please contact us for discounted pricing.
