QuickBooks Online Pricing Increases
While Intuit states that their price increases are not on a set schedule, for the last number of years subscription prices for various products have increased with the August billing. We’ve just received advance notice of those price increases.
So, if you have purchased your QuickBooks Online software or Payroll subscription at a discounted price through us – or you are interested in doing so, read on!
Here are the updated retail prices (if you subscribe directly from Intuit) and the discounted prices we offer if you purchase through Savvy Bird Consulting. These prices are currently effective for new subscriptions, and effective as of August 2024 for current subscriptions.

There is no discount to the per employee/contractor fee for payroll.
Here’s the fine print:
These discounted prices are available to clients while we are an Accounting Firm user on the subscription. We don’t have any other requirements – You don’t need to be a bookkeeping or training client to take advantage of these discounts!
We are also only able to provide discounted pricing for new subscriptions or subscriptions that already have a ProAdvisor discount (even if from another ProAdvisor). If you currently have a subscription purchased through Intuit, unfortunately we cannot add discounts.
