Driving Small Business Growth with Method:CRM
A few weeks ago, I had a phone call with Eilis, a Content Marketing Manager at Method. Method’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is one that I have been using over the past year in my business and have been pleased with the results!
We talked about how I use the tool, why I decided to use Method:CRM over other CRM options that are available, and what I thought was its best feature (Hint: it has to do with QuickBooks Online!).
A big missing piece in my operations was tracking my Leads – How are people finding me? Is there a referral network that is passing my information on more than others (I should lean into that!)? Am I reaching out to all of my leads? Are they responding back to me? Are they using QuickBooks Desktop or Online? Do they want Training or Bookkeeping services?
All of these questions are now being answered through my Contact form, integrated from Method:CRM!
I shared more on how Method:CRM has been helping grow my small business…
Are you wondering if Method:CRM* could work for you business?
Do you have a non-profit that could benefit from Method:Donor*, the Donor Relationship Management tool? As separate tools that talk to each other, only your treasurer can have access to the donations received from each Donor (via QuickBooks Online). But you can give another individual access to maintain the Donor contact information only (via Method:Donor)!
Set up a virtual call for us to walk through how this solution could benefit you!
